These Terms & Conditions govern all projects, investments, and communications with Agshiker Developers (“the Company”). By working with us, you agree to these terms.
1️⃣ Project Scope
All designs and constructions are executed under Agshiker Developers’ supervision.
Customizations under the “Build Your Own Home” concept depend on feasibility, materials, and regional conditions.
Visuals are indicative and subject to practical variations.
2️⃣ Payments
Initial consultation or booking fees are non-refundable once design or documentation begins.
Payment milestones are outlined for each project individually.
All payments must be made in the name of Agshiker Developers via authorized banking channels only.
